Website reservation: If you cancel your reservation through the KakaoTalk channel 'Geniecare' up to the day before using the service, you can receive a refund of the payment amount. Cancellation is possible on the day of service use, but refunds are not possible. Have your travel plans been disrupted?
Have your travel plans changed? If you entered an incorrect accommodation name or there is a change in the accommodation or usage date, please leave a change on the KakaoTalk channel 'GenieGo' by the day before you use the service and we will help you revise your reservation.
A. Next-day airport luggage delivery service is available only for items reserved through the website by 18:00 on the day before the day of use. (* If you would like to receive luggage delivery service to your desired address directly from the arrival airport, please visit the GenieGo Air Center located at Gimpo/Gwangju/Cheongju/Daegu Airport)
